Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are available only for orders that have not yet been shipped.
- Process: To request a refund, contact our customer service team at support@fluffies.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we confirm the order has not shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Note: Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products
- Eligibility: If your pet shampoo arrives damaged or has any quality issues, we offer exchanges within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
- Process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@fluffies.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the defective item.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.
Final Sale
All sales are final for products that have been shipped and are free of defects or damage, or for returns requested after the 7-business-day exchange period. We do not accept returns for used products or for reasons other than defects or damage.
